职位描述
Main goals of function
Handles sales activities of FasteningSystems, in-depth market development of FasteningSystems for the Construction / Building Industry, particularly in the roofing & cladding, flatroof , steel structure, curtain wall segments, etc.
Based in Shanghai, the candidate shall be as-signed with a geographical area including east and north China.
Main tasks
Develops and implements strategic sales ac-tion plans to accommodate corporate goals in assigned area;
Specification selling with design institutes, ar-chitects, consultants; Follow up major building projects from design stage to supply stage;
Develop and maintain strong, sustainable rela-tionship with end-users by creating & providing intensive technical & marketing value-added solutions for the end-users;
Intensive visits to customers, on-site training for customers'installation team, etc.
Responsible for achieving turnover budget in assigned geographical area.
Requirements for recruitment:
Preferably university graduate or Diploma holder in one of the disciplines: Mechanical Engineering / Struc-tural Engineering / Architecture / Construction / Marketing, etc; Other disciplines can also be considered com-bined with candidate's background and experiences;
Preferably at least 4 years working experience with a multi-national company with technical sales & market-ing function in the construction / building industry or related industries; being both technical sales and market-ing minded;
Good analytical skills, computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation programs;
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
A "handy" person with tools and mechanical parts, with basic good knowledge for mechanics;
Being able to communicate fluently with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
